Incentives

Many states provide incentives to lower the cost of photovoltaics or solar hot water installations. There is also some support from the federal government. Pioneer Valley Photovoltaics will work with each customer to ensure that any applicable incentives are obtained.

The Database of State Incentives for Renewable Energy (DSIRE) is a comprehensive source of information on state, local, utility, and selected federal incentives that promote renewable energy. Start with the DSIRE website to see what incentives are currently available for solar hot water or solar electricity in your state.
